User sign in and Administrative access was set up manually. This was to enable us maximum control over the application. To do this I set up users with roles in the database and gave those users powers to make CRUD changes to other users as well as what they had access to see on the program. Security was ensured by programming in MFA and information Encryption on the servers.

Data is pulled from database via api calls and displayed on the frontend. Data entries are optimised to be filtered in real time. Data calls from the Database are optimised for only the necessary fields using views to ensure data is pulled at a consistent rate.

Live performance and KPI tracking implemented using real-time data pipelines and dashboards, enabling continuous monitoring of key metrics such as latency, error rates, and user engagement. Data from APIs and services was aggregated into a centralized store, visualized through dashboards, and paired with automated alerts to support rapid issue resolution, data-driven decision making, and SLA compliance.

Live Dashboard, Service booking and integrated Stripe Payment Gateway

I integrated a stripe payment system into the program by researching and learning stripes API access for businesses. I was then able to convince the business of it’s safety and being to set up cheaper payment pathways for the company to charge clients quickly and safely.

Create a dynamic and fair system for pricing customers depending on the urgency of their requisition and how much priority they wanted. The calculation functions were stored in the backend which enabled for real time calculations of large sets of data.

Set up a emailing system for users to be able to communicate with the admins through a support portal. This would automatically set up a ticket which allowed users to get quick, quality and tailored feedback on demand.
